Do you charge a call-out fee?

No call-out fee for quoted work. We come out, take a look, give you a fixed price before any work starts.

What areas of Perth do you cover?

Based in Rockingham, we cover the coastal corridor from Hillarys in the north down to Mandurah in the south, and inland through the south-east metro.

Do you handle emergencies?

Yes. Burst pipes, blocked drains, no hot water. Give us a ring and we'll come straight out where we can. After-hours rates apply outside standard hours.

How quickly can you get to me?

For standard work, usually within 2 to 3 days. Emergencies same day where possible.

Do you do full bathroom renovations or just the plumbing?

Full renovations, start to finish. We manage the whole job — demolition, waterproofing, tiling, cabinetry and all the plumbing — so you've got one team and one point of contact rather than juggling trades yourself.

Do you supply hot water systems or do I buy my own?

Either way. We can supply and install at trade pricing, or fit a unit you've bought. Gas, electric, heat pump and continuous flow.
